Selection procedure

The selection process of the candidates by decision  of the E.P.S.  is carried out by a competent three-member Selection and Examination Committee consisting of faculty members of the collaborating Departments, who have undertaken postgraduate work.

The Committee draws up a complete list of all candidates and, after the relevant check, rejects those who do not meet the minimum criteria set by  the EPC and invites to interview the shortlisted candidates who have met the prerequisites.

After the completion of the procedure, based on the final score of each candidate, a list is drawn up in order of merit. The final list of successful candidates is compiled under the care of the Selection and Examination Committee and the administrative support of the Secretariat of the I.P.P.P.

The final list of successful candidates and any runners-up, once validated by  the E.P.S., is posted on the bulletin board of the Secretariat and on the website of the I.P.P.

Successful candidates are informed by the Secretariat of the I.P.P. and are invited to register within five (5) working days. If there are refusals, the Secretariat of the Postgraduate Program informs the next runners-up from the relevant list.

The maximum number of postgraduate students that each instructor can undertake for the supervision of dissertations is six (6) for each academic year.
